PRICE & PAYMENT METHODS

OUR COMPANY IS A VAT PAYER.

The purchase price stated on the invoice will be the same as the price displayed on the site at the time of purchase, to which delivery costs are added. All prices displayed on our website include VAT.

HOW TO PAY?

  • Cash upon receipt of the package;
  • Bank card at the time of placing the order.

Note: For orders under 75 RON, cash on delivery is not accepted. Only online payment by card is possible.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.

In the case of public holidays or unforeseen events (out of stock for one of the ordered products, high order volume, etc.), processing and shipping may take up to 4 business days.

Delivery fees are calculated with VAT included and are as follows:

  • CARGUS Courier: 15 RON

*The rate applies to any locality within Romania.

For orders over 300 RON, shipping is free.

We do not ship outside the country.

IMPORTANT: Please pay extra attention when entering your delivery details (redirecting parcels results in a delay of at least 2-3 days) and your phone number.

The package can be received by any family member.

Products are delivered while stocks last. If one or more of the products you ordered are no longer in stock, you will be informed. In some cases, the ordered product may be replaced with a similar one if the customer agrees.

The courier or transport company is responsible for any damage caused to the product, package, or parcel sent by us, in accordance with the applicable laws. We will replace the products if courier liability is proven and if we are informed of any issues upon package receipt.

I RECEIVED EXPIRED PRODUCTS – WHAT SHOULD I DO?

According to the ISO 8601 standard, which governs worldwide communication of date and time information, it is recommended to use the YYYY/MM/DD format to avoid misinterpretation. However, in some European countries (including Romania), this format has not been adopted, and the DD/MM/YYYY format is still commonly used.

Thus, you may find expiration dates in different formats on Asian products originating from South Korea, Japan, or China, where the year is listed first, followed by the month and day.

Example: 24.02.23 should be read as February 23, 2024.

If despite this information you are still unsure about your purchase and believe the product may be non-compliant, please contact us as soon as possible to resolve the issue.

WARRANTY & RETURNS

The products sold on our website come with a legal conformity warranty.

All electrical/electronic products (e.g., kettles) sold on www.indiamart.ro come with a 24-month warranty for individuals and a 12-month warranty for businesses, and they are accompanied by a user manual.

If you are dissatisfied with the products purchased from www.indiamart.ro and want to return them for a refund, you can apply for the return procedure within 14 calendar days, in accordance with Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2014 regarding consumer protection in distance contracts.

The 14-day calendar period for exercising this right begins:

a) For products, from the date they are received by the consumer; b) For services, from the day the contract is concluded.

The 14-day return right applies only to customers who purchased products online from www.indiamart.ro.

The customer has the right to unilaterally terminate the distance contract within 14 calendar days, without penalties and without having to justify their decision.

To benefit from this right, a return request must be submitted via the indiamart.ro platform. The request can be made within the customer account under the Orders – Service – Product Returns section.

Return shipping costs are solely the responsibility of the consumer. The consumer is also responsible for carrying out the return, including requesting courier service to their address.

The right of withdrawal does NOT apply to businesses.

Refunds for products (including the delivery fee, if applicable) will be made within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date the consumer withdraws from the contract. However, we may delay the refund until we receive the package or proof of its return.

Refunds are made exclusively via bank transfer.

Returns will not be accepted for damaged, opened, or used products.

According to Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2014, the consumer may not unilaterally withdraw from the following types of contracts, except where both parties (the consumer and the merchant) have agreed otherwise:

a) Service contracts after full service execution, if execution began with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment of the loss of the right of withdrawal upon full execution; b) Supply of products or services whose price depends on financial market fluctuations beyond the trader’s control and which may occur during the withdrawal period; c) Supply of products made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized; d) Supply of products that are perishable or have a short shelf life; e) Supply of sealed products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed by the consumer; f) Supply of products that, by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery; g) Supply of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon at the time of the sale contract, whose delivery cannot take place before 30 days, and whose actual value depends on market fluctuations beyond the trader’s control; h) Contracts where the consumer has specifically requested the trader to visit their home for urgent repair or maintenance work. If, during such a visit, the trader provides additional services beyond those expressly requested or supplies products other than necessary replacement parts for maintenance or repair, the right of withdrawal applies to those additional services or products; i) Supply of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed software that has been unsealed after delivery; j) Supply of newspapers, periodicals, and magazines, except for subscription contracts for such publications; k) Contracts concluded at public auctions; l) Provision of accommodation services (other than residential), transport of goods, car rental, catering, or leisure-related services, where the contract specifies a performance date or period; m) Supply of digital content not delivered on a physical medium if performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment of the loss of the right of withdrawal.
