Usage Instructions:

1. Ingredients Required:
   • 4 medium potatoes (300g), peeled and cubed
   • ¾ cup green peas (100g)
   • 2 medium tomatoes (100g), chopped
   • 1 large onion (100g), finely chopped
   • 1 cup cauliflower (100g), broken into florets
   • ½ cup capsicum (50g), chopped
   • 6-8 cloves garlic
   • 200g butter
   • 3 leveled tablespoons Shan Pav Bhaji Mix (30g)
2. Preparation Steps:
   • Boil potatoes, cauliflower, green peas, and garlic cloves in water until tender. Then coarsely mash and keep aside.
   • In a pan, melt butter and sauté onions until transparent. Add tomatoes and capsicum; cook until tomatoes are tender.
   • Add the Shan Pav Bhaji Mix and sauté for a few minutes until the butter begins to separate from the vegetables.
   • Add the mashed vegetables, mix well, and cook for an additional 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
   • Serve hot with buttered pav (bread rolls).
